I can't imagine GGP is given up for free. Another Planet has got to be paying something, so how much is it? I'd like to know that. Related, I did notice last year at Outside that a set of public bathrooms and a water fountain were on the other side of the fence from the festival attendees. I could understand the bathrooms being cut off from the fest (over-use and general festival abuse plus your oft-found hurler - that would be a lot to clean). I couldn't understand the public drinking fountain cut off from the crowd. That was just wrong.
